After an assessment of the case is conducted by a Social Worker, she/he will send you a notice called the Notice of Action in which they let you know how many hours the beneficiary was approved for. 

If your case is denied or you do not agree with the hours given, we will appeal that decision and we will be present with you in a hearing as your authorized representatives to represent your best interests.
